Why Did You Want to Become a Dentist?
Growing up, Dr.Wong did not have routine dental care and did not realize the importance of oral health until she had to have her first root canal. As a dentist, she believes in educating patients and in the importance of preventative dentistry. She says, “If patients do not understand why something is happening in their mouth, they will not know how to prevent it from happening in the future.” She strives to make each patient experience as fun and educational as possible.
Continuing Education
Dr.Wong values continuing education and enjoys learning about new techniques to expand her skillset. She particularly enjoys doing cosmetic dentistry as well as oral surgery. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
